Reid Lucas

Owner

Drawing from over 5 years of hands-on construction experience and armed with a degree in construction management, I founded Lucas Builders LLC with a vision to merge my entrepreneurial acumen, construction expertise, and financial background. My goal is to empower clients to realize their dream spaces while offering affordable living solutions tailored to diverse needs.

Brady Dickson

General Manager

I’m a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota’s Strategic Communications program. I enjoy the opportunities to build relationships with our clients to ensure their project progresses smoothly and properly from the first meeting to the final inspection.

Hannah Odland

Design Manager

I am a fourth-year Interior Design student at the University of Minnesota. My passion lies in creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional, blending creativity with practical solutions to meet client needs. Through my academic training and hands-on experience, I’ve developed a strong ability to design environments that inspire and enhance everyday life. I’m eager to continue learning and growing as a designer, bringing creativity, dedication, and a new perspective to every project we take on.

With over five years of hands-on construction experience, I have found a passion for creating long-lasting builds catered specifically to your needs. With a vested interest in every part of your construction process, I want to be able to develop your vision for a space you can call home. Carlos Lopez

Project Lead

Growing from apprentice to Project lead and drawing from several years of general construction knowledge, I strive to provide a dedicated and high quality product for everything we do. The development of a project from an unfinished basement or 20 year old bathroom into a brand new space that you appreciate is one of my favorite things I get to help with. Im excited to be apart of Lucas Builders and help with your home transformation.
