Home Remodel in Historic Saint Paul Neighborhood

This double bathroom remodel in the Merriam Park neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota, featured several unique features shown in the pictures below. First, the primary bathroom transitioned from a bathtub and a separate shower to a single shower. In addition, the toilet and vanity locations were moved to create a more fluid space, and allowed us to expand the vanity to be a double. The shower adds a nice accent of color to this primarily white and chrome bathroom to create a nice palette and a luxurious feel. The radiators in these bathroom contained a stunning detail around them making them not only fitting for the house but a stunning addition to the space.

The secondary bathroom features an amazing free-standing bathtub with a gorgeous chrome bathtub faucet. This is the highlight of the room, especially surrounded by the accent marble around the walls. This bathroom acts as a perfect guest bathroom and an excellent addition to the home.

This project also featured three areas outside the bathrooms that needed updates, such as the kitchen backsplash tile, which resulted in an amazing diamond accent to this all-wood kitchen. Finally, a matching cedar fence was added to close the backyard and create a beautiful private space sealed off by an automatic gate hovering over the driveway that adds an aspect of privacy and security to the yard without taking away from the home.
