This Twin Cities remodel was built around balance and personality. The homeowners arrived with a clear vision of a luxurious, cohesive design inspired by their Florida roots, built around a refined palette of blues and grays that felt personal without being predictable.

The challenge was making those bold tones work throughout the entire home without tipping into overwhelming. Every decision from the paint palette to the fixtures and finishes was made with consistency and longevity in mind. Nothing was chosen in isolation. Everything had to work as part of the whole.

The finishing touch was the homeowners' own artwork woven throughout the space, adding warmth and personality that no catalog selection could replicate. The result is a classic contemporary home that feels as elevated as it does lived in.
